The Nevada Gaming Law Journal is currently accepting submissions for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 issues!
We publish scholarly articles exploring legal issues related to the gaming industry. Submissions do not need to focus solely on gaming but must have a direct connection to the industry. Topics may include regulatory developments, licensing, compliance, emerging technologies, and more.
We accept articles from legal scholars, judges, and practitioners on a rolling basis. While we prefer submissions between 25-55 pages, all works will be considered. Manuscripts should be submitted as Word documents (.docx) with the following formatting:
- Body text: Justified, Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, 10-point font, conforming to the 21st Century Edition of The Bluebook
