SMU’s Science and Technology Law Review is pleased to announce an Exclusive Submission Process taking place this January for the 29-1 edition set to be published late July/early August 2026. This opportunity is intended to streamline article selection and provide authors with an expedited path to publication consideration.
This special call is ideal for authors seeking a timely review, a guaranteed decision window, and an opportunity to publish in a journal dedicated to emerging issues at the intersection of law, science, and technology.
Please submit manuscripts and CVs via Scholastica starting January 1, 2026, through January 30, 2026. The Science and Technology Journal guarantees consideration by a Board editor and a final publication decision on or before January 30, 2026. Acceptance through this Special Submission Process is binding. By submitting, authors agree that if offered a publication spot, they will publish with SMU’s Science and Technology Law Review and will not withdraw their manuscript to pursue publication with another journal.
